The Knox County Democratic Women, at our regular monthly meeting, unanimously voted to publicly express our appreciation to Congressman Phil Hare for his sincere dedication of service to the citizens of the 17th Congressional District.
His position regarding the Iraq War and its financial and personal destruction of our citizens reflect the opinions of most Americans. The problems that exist in the Veterans Affairs Department will receive special attention from Congressman Hare as he fights for better treatment of our veterans.
